The C# Assembly is compiled using dmcs (tested with mono 4.0.4) to create the libtecs.dll. Therefore the Thrift.dll is needed in version 0.9.3 (see /lib folder).
cd libtecs/csharp - Go into the library project
./build.sh - Compile the assembly
Make sure target/libtecs.dll and target/Thrift.dll are found by your compiler.
libtecs - C# [Windows]
The C# Assembly built under Linux works well in Windows.
But you can simply compile it yourself in any C# IDE of your choice.
We also provide a build script build.bat in libtecs/csharp. However it uses an absolute path to the compiler and does not target .NET 2.0. You may use it as a starting point.
